E-mail support is available for all accounts, and is our preferred method of contact. E-mail allows to effectively communicate complex URLs or procedures.

Phone Support

Phone-based technical support is only available for certain services (it is not available for DynDNS Pro) and is available from 9am - 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
